On June 21-24, over 100 high school and college athletes, coaches, staff and volunteers stepped on the campus of Dallas Baptist University for the 1st Annual FCA Sports Leadership Camp, a product of Dallas FCA’s Character & Leadership Initiative.

This camp was designed to attract student athletes who wanted to improve their sports skills but also learn what it takes to be a Christian leader on their team, their campus and in life.

We want to give a huge thank you to our speaker, Pastor Scott Wilson, who did an amazing job of inspiring and challenging these teens to go deeper in their walk with Christ.

10 teens accepted Christ in their lives for the first time and 35-45 accepted the challenge to go back on campus to share Christ with their friends! They learned being Faithful will soon make them Fruitful!

This camp would not have been possible without the generous donors who helped us kick off the Character & Leadership Initiative this past year. So we say THANK YOU to you as well as our Advisory Board members, speakers, clinicians, staff and volunteers who helped launched a very powerful tradition here at FCA.
