He is an athletic trainer and huddle coach at Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie who invests his time mentoring youth and never seems to run out of energy when it comes to encouraging others in their faith. As a result, he has made a huge impact on the student-athletes and coaches he has come in contact with. Jaroy also runs his own winter ski camps and summer beach camps to teach kids how to evangelize. He is not only discipling kids but turning out leaders who go on to full time ministry.

Sugar Estes has served as a huddle coach at Garland High School for the past 18 years. She is the assistant to the principal at Garland ISD but considers herself a coach by osmosis. Her dad was a football coach, her brother is a football coach at OU and her son coaches football at Woodrow Wilson. She is generous with her time, helping raise funds for kids to attend FCA camps and to assist students in need, often out her own pocket. She has been and continues to be a strong, positive influence on the students at Garland ISD.
