Our Plan is to serve coaches by walking alongside them in their professional, personal and spiritual journey.

Professionally- Provide leadership training on the purpose of FCA's ministry and how Coaches fit in to that ministry by directly leading student athletes to a deeper experience with Christ. Our goal is to provide resources as well as partnership opportunities through the Huddle Groups for the Coaches as they lead students to become men and women of integrity and ever closer to Christ.
Spiritually- We want to mentor coaches and provide a deeper understanding of their walk with Christ through the Legacy Builder Bible studies as well as a Middle School Coaches Retreat in February and Coaches/Spouse Camp in July. The Legacy Builders Discipleship Series is a comprehensive system that encourages, equips, and empowers coaches to live (and coach) biblically for the glory of God.
Personally- Our Coaches are the ones out there serving the students, so we want to serve them first and foremost! When they have a great day, we want to celebrate it. When they have a bad day, we want to be a shoulder to lean on. The coaches truly are the heart of what we do!

Dr. John Tolson is a nationally renowned teacher, speaker and author who has spent more than 30 years making a profound impact on the lives of others. Tolson's background also includes being a spiritual "coach" for some of the nation's leading executives, celebrities and sports teams. He is credited with establishing the NBA's first Chaplain program in 1978 and over the years has been the Chaplain for teams such as the Houston Rockets, Astros, Oilers and the Orlando Magic. Currently he serves as Team Chaplain for The Dallas Cowboys. Visit with your Area Director for more information!
